Grants for Entrepreneurs: Facilities for Storing Self-Generated Electricity
The Ministry of Economy has announced a call for the allocation of non-refundable grants. Eligible applicants are micro, small, medium, and large enterprises that produce electricity from renewable energy sources and have a power plant or a power plant construction project with a capacity greater than 500 kW. By applying to this call, you can finance construction works, procurement, and installation of our battery energy storage systems with a minimum capacity of 1 MWh (1000 kWh) and related equipment. The call from the Ministry of Economy aims to increase the capacity of battery systems across Croatia to improve the utilization of solar energy. Energy storage contributes to the stabilization and more efficient operation of the power system. Battery systems stand out as a flexible and effective solution.
Eligible applicants:- Companies that produce electricity from renewable energy sources (exclusively solar) and have a power plant with an installed capacity or a construction project for a power plant exceeding 500 kW.
- Construction and craft works according to the project and cost estimate that achieve the defined technical conditions
- Procurement and installation of battery energy storage systems with a minimum capacity of 1 MWh and related equipment
